In addition to saddles for horses, we have a large assortment of saddles and accessories for ponies and Shetland ponies. Also for ponies there are dressage, jumping and all-purpose saddles in different sizes and brands. We advise and measure with pleasure for the pony and child a suitable saddle that they can grow into. But it should not be too big or too long for the pony. Ponies often have a short back with little bearing surface and therefore a special smaller pony saddle is needed.

We work with 3 brands of saddles that have specially developed saddles for ponies in their range. This ensures that there is always a suitable saddle to be found. These are the brands BATES, WINTEC and ARENA. Innovative and good brands that will last you for years. These saddles are super adjustable and comfortable but you cannot increase the seat. That is why we have to make sure that we find the right inch size that the pony rider is comfortable in now, but can still move forward in for a while.

All pony saddles have a specially designed seat that helps the young rider to enjoy the pony safely, comfortably and in balance. The saddles have a replaceable gullet, short cushions and various girth options. The available sizes are 14 inch. = 36 cm. only available in the all-purpose models and the 15 inch. = 38 cm and 16 inch. = 40cm. in the Pony dressage, all-purpose and jumping saddles.

We work from our company “De Paardenschuur” in Amerongen. We have a beautiful fitting room with an indoor and outdoor track. There is also obstacle material available so that you can also make a jump with your pony. The saddle is made to fit immediately and can almost always be taken home immediately. Of course, all necessary saddle accessories are in stock, such as stirrup leathers, stirrups and girths in small sizes.
